  1. Think it is leaking from the bov tbh mate? I had a baileys that was leaking now I've fitted a forge and that's doing the same thing, when I'm in 4th it's doesn't even light the 3rd light up on the dials :')
  2. Think that could be a reason for the leaking?
  3. Hi lads, this is my first turbo'd car and I'm having a few problems. After changing the DV it sounds like it's leaking however one of my friends just said that's "spooling" The car came fitted with a turbo timer which also reads the peak boost I got 0.75? Is this Normal from a completely standard 98 Glanza? Sorry for sounding such an idiot lol Thank you
  4. As the title says.. My ride is really hard i can feel every little bump on the road, and I have to creep over speedbumps or I break my back! My 98 spec glanza is on lowering springs. I've looked at the last MOT slip and it says there a light mist of oil on the shocks? If the shocked are now a due, would that make the ride hard and feel everything? It's also causing the exhust to bang on the chassis and it's becoming extremly annoying! Any help would be great! Thank you!
  5. Il give that a go tomorrow mate thanks a lot and it's aftermarket I'm not sure what brand it was on when I brought the car a few weeks ago
  6. Yeah I saw it's very close to the axel too! Is there anything you could put between them that isn't going to burn
  7. Hi guys, just wondering if anyone could help me? My back box/pipe work is banging on the chassis when driving, it's getting really annoying, it does it more with people in the back too? I've got under the car to have a look and the only thing what could possibly be banging is the bracket for the backbox.. I thought a new rubber would stop it banging but surly I would only need a new rubber if the exhaust was sagging not sitting to close chassis? For the mean time I cut up some silicone pipe I had I tie wrapped it to the bracket to stop metal and metal contact, however it's not rea
  8. Can anyone tell me the sizes of the front and rear brakes? If they're bolted on or floating? Just any info you know please, I need new brakes all round ASAP so need to order them tonight if poss Thank you!
  9. Thanks lads! It seems the gear box is just one of my problems, I need all new disks and pads, also has some sort of leak but it doesn't taste like antifreeze I'm hoping it's just washer jet fluid filled it too the top gunna check see if it's gone down tomorrow Fitted a baileys dump valve today too, sounds awesome! This is my first turbo charged car so I still get excited when it dumps Hahah (you've all been there once) ;) Few tweaks and she will be ready to rock! And I can start modding! plasma dials and HIDs first
  10. Thanks john what are the guys usernames on here?
  11. I think it's baileys anyway haha Thanks lads still unsure about the wheels but not sure what to get, saw a v on xxrs that looked sick Any idea about the gearbox issue?
  12. So after being on this site for a while I've finally got round to buying my first 'pocket rocket' I absolutely love it! It's pretty much completely standard bar the exhaust system, turbo timer, boost gauge and front and rear strut braces Any help would be great! I really like the varis front bumper and live sport rear spoiler so they're on my wish list lol There's one slight problem with the car, it's really hard to put into gear, it's almost like your fighting with it trying to get it in lol 1st is abit funny and once it is in gear there's loads of play in the gear stick?
