  1. What's good guys? I want to replace my damaged speed cable. It really in a bad state. It looks shredded up. Bought the car like that. I'm unable to find any replacement. Can the speedometer cable from this E91 fit the cable EP82 (AGMQY)? Thanks
  2. Hey guys, So we burnt down possibly one or more pistons Saturday (we haven't checked which ones yet) after testing to see why the car (EP82) boost cuts. There's oil spillage on the breather and smoke coming from the exhaust. How the pistons got burnt down The car is boost cutting. Boost would cut at around 6500-7000 RPM. We thought (and still think) the fuel pump may be the problem. So we changed the fuel pump that came with the car when I bought with a pump for a Corolla. The theory is that Corolla and Starlet pumps require the same pressure. The old fuel pump had stopped worki

I took a picture of it. @morgey & @funny onion: I'll need to get the whole thing because a ring too from one of the three knob-looking parts of the spider end of the drive shaft. One more thing: I bought the car with an LSD gearbox. I'll show you what the drive shaft looks like as soon a I figure out how to upload pictures to this things
  5. Hey guys I'm new to this forum, and I'm new to learning about fixing cars. PROBLEM I'm looking for a passenger-side front axle but they're hard to find online. QUESTIONS - What front axle from another make and/or model (tercel, ep91, civic, etc.) can fit my EP82? - Do I need to replace the whole axle or can I just replace the outer cv joint? WHAT HAPPENED I own an EP82 and I recently discovered that the part of the passenger-side front axle that fits into the wheel hub is grinded down and is slipping out.
