ashep91 Posted April 29, 2016 Share Posted April 29, 2016 Hi I took my car for remap on standalone ecu it made about 140bhp then the clutch keeps slipping so I need to upgrade my clutch I want to drive my car everyday but need more power what suggestions do people have? If you can help.what is the difference between the amounts of puks on a clutch how does this work Ebay, fensport. Lots of places will sell you one, its finding the cheapest thats the hardest part. Should be good for well over 200bhp. Slightly harder engagement but not enough to break your leg. And depending on the material, usually a 4 puck will be more aggressive than a 6. daniel_g Posted April 29, 2016 Share Posted April 29, 2016 You get used to a paddle clutch after a few drives.Maybe not ideal if you do lots of town driving in heavy traffic.Always say paddle clutches are good for any build, its good to 'mod ahead'and you wont need to worry about it later on if you decide to up the power.
