GFB boost controller issue

So I've had my GeForce 2 ebc installed and setup for a year or so, all running well until the other day.

I had originally turned the boost down so I could remap at a lower boost level then slowly turn up whilst remapping each time.

Having mapped at 0.8bar I was slowly increasing duty aiming for 1 bar but before i got there it started constantly overboosting. Changed all settings back down but no better.

I pulled over to check all hoses just in case I had popped one off but all looked fine so turned off ignition then started again and off I drove.

Now the car won't boost any higher than 0.7 bar so matter what settings I use.

The manual says the solenoid should click when first switching on which it doesn't. I've checked all electrical connections and even swapped solenoid but no luck. Putting 12v direct across the solenoid activates it so I'm thinking it must be the controller.

I've also tried to recalibrate but no difference.

Before i bin it I was wondering if anyone had heard of similar and fixed it?
