The only thing that was done to the car when I bought it was a TD04 conversion with a front mount intercooler and a cheap Ebay manifold! The manifold was so terrible that rather than just cracking, it actually blew a hole in it the side of a 2 pence piece aha! Not good... So this was the first purchase I made To it! A new manifold it is, custom made by DTM tuning in Doncaster. I was over the moon with the quality of workmanship that went in to it!

The next purchase I made was again due to no fault of my own and happened to be when the rear caliper seized on! That happened to be a ball ache as it was quite difficult for me to find a rear caliper for the Glanza as at the time there seemed to be none up for sale! However while I did replace the caliper I decided that I would paint up my others to give them a little more new age look!

The alloys that came on the car really did let down the look unfortunately and I wasent a fan! So that meant I had to go shopping for some new shoes! And also some tyres to go with them ofcorse! I decided to go for some 15" rota gt3's with good year eagle f1"s to marry them! I've never looked back!

Now that I had some tyres to make the car handle better I though I should invest in suspension that will not only transform the ride hight and make it look a lot better but also handle a lot better! I managed to pick up some tein super street coilovers on a Facebook forum at a price I just couldn't refuse! It absolutely transformed the handling from the OEM suspension... I've accidentally deleted the photos of fitting the coilovers but the photo shows how well she sits at the new ride hight!

After I realised that with the new suspension and tyres that the car was capable of taking corners very well and being thrown around the drivers seat time after time I realised it was time to get some bucket seats! I found a lovely lad that was sadly breaking his Glanza and snatched them up! The 4 and half hour round to Stoke on Trent really was worth it as the seats I got at an amazing price and was already on ep91 rails to bolt straight in!!

After lowering the car I started to develop a minor issue... Because the exhaust flexi was hanging so low it was scraping and eventually decided to give up in life. But hey, one for shuts and another one opens right? What better excuse to get a fully custom 3" turbo back system with a twin exit coming from the rear haha!? The work was all don't in one day at tony banks in Leeds as they sponsor our local car group for some awsome discount! The work was fantastic as he took on the task of getting a twin exit with some silly angles to get the exhaust around! The car sounded pure evil once the work had been done! Like my boot carpet though, there a Glanza with a twin exit is far and few between so it will once again be marmite! But hey ho... Dare to be different?

Looks good mate, I love them exhausts something different! I'm only in Sheffield so not too far away :)

Cheers dude! I wanted to go for a different look rather than just the single exit! Rather suits the car to be honest! And we will have to meet up at some point for sure!
