Chops Posted November 2, 2017 Share Posted November 2, 2017 my local engine builder (banda engineering, highly recommended great shop rebuilt loads of cylinderheads for me) had a good look around and talked to me about messing with a 4e cylinderhead for my build and said that past some mild polishing work and maybe a 5 angle valve job, the valves are close to as big as the head can fit, making fitting slightly bigger valves not really worth the effort and money involved. the cams and head arnt where the big power can be found on our little engines, its all about building it to be rock solid with good parts and running a lot of boost on good management!
