Chops
Hey all, so ive fitted new bearings, balljoints etc to my gt, and was throwing it all back together under the car, and noticed when I fit my big twinpot disks and chunky alurads, I only have around 6.5 turns on the wheel nuts. Is that too few? Do I need to chuck some longer studs on? Vert annoyed if so I dont wanna muck up my lovely new bearings ):/

morgey
This is more for bolts but its probably true for fasteners as well especially if using alloy wheel nuts. General rule of thumb is 1.5x the diameter of the bolt. So with an M12x1.5 stud, you want to go 18mm deep or 12 turns you've currently got about 9-10mm with 6.5 turns
