KRN
Hi guys, Need some help here. Im in the proces of rebuilding an oem lsd gearbox for a Glanza. Since I also replaced the differential bearings does anyone know the preload figures for the bearings? And is this measured directly on the diff or via the external shaft (dummy placed). Stu
I use a spare inner cv cup that ive welded a piece of flat bar and a nut to and use a torque wrench on that. I can't remember the actual preload but I found this with a quick google http://www.newcelica.org/forums/showthread.php?t=283040
KRN
Yeah I saw that. Since I also have an oem LSD i am not sure to measure it directly on the diff or via the output shaft. And at what value, I came across some different values (celica, MR2). Not sure which one to use with the Glanza.
