KernowKP60
My first car was a 1983 1.0l Brown KP60 I'm looking to buy one for a bit of weekend fun. 2 Questions: 1) How much should I budget for a solid one 2) Whats the biggest engine they came with or Whats the biggest/sensible engine swap THanks
Bluebear
Unfortunately you could be waiting a while, they're as rare as hen's teeth now. Retro jap tin has been massively going up in price in recent years.
mccartney11
8-10k for a half decent one..biggest engine they came with is 1.3, lads commonly fit 4age 1.6 or 20v from a Levin
KernowKP60
Is it worth looking abroad - I see afew in Ireland - esp the KP61 & KP62 - Are they cheaper?? I was looking at spending 4k-5k on a classic mini so a few extra on something that has a bit more meaning and maybe a more solid investment?!?! I'll have a look at those engine swaps! Thanks Maybe if I find one would be better tuning it and sticking some big carbs on!! I'll keep my eyes peeled! Are there any car shows worth checking out??
