Sparky
£60 for those??? Your taking the piss right??? Plus dont get your hopes up of them fitting on the front unless your running big spacers because of the driveshaft nut and pin.
TrisK
£60 for those??? Your taking the piss right??? Plus dont get your hopes up of them fitting on the front unless your running big spacers because of the driveshaft nut and pin.that seems about the going price. its the cheapest ive seen them tbh.well i have no covers on them either, so it just makes my wheels look untidy.im not running spacers at the moment, but i could. ive wanted caps for a while. Glanza_cl
as sparky said, caps wont fit on the front... you need a minimum of a 10mm spacer iirc to get them to fitupdates look good though, keep up the progress
TrisK
maybe 10mm all round wouldnt be bad thing can anybody recommened any good spacers? hubcentric are the ones to go for arent they ?

TrisK
Ok, so civic rad went on today, was a ballache of a jobas one of the bolts that hold the splash guard was sheered (already)so had to get creative with the bottom bracket, involving a cable tie, bit embarrassedalso, the toyosport bottom hose didnt fit :/ so im still using the standard bottom hosewas too pissed off after it to take picturesalthough lots of room for the turbo nowBRING ON THE TD04

TrisK
ok, im thinking of a JPerformance intercooler as Iddy says it fits behind his varis front nicely.which is my plan i think. Can anyone give me any feedback, are they good intercoolers? Also can anyone confirm that they DONT go over the manifold? And what are they a copy of?Thanks
Sparky
Best intercooler IMOI have a HDI and the hot pipe is exactly the same route on the J performance but ALOT thicker where it goes into the turbo. But that doesnt bother me as I am not ct9 anymore anyway So yea get a J P one
TrisK
so today i got home at lunch, and my evo 7 recaros are sat there for me.they are awesome, mint seats. Definately recommened japperformanceparts.co.uk, they were awesome. easy to deal with, good price and super fast delivery.looks like it will bolt straight onto my drivers rail, so just need to work out what im going to do with the passenger one.can anyone recommened where i can get a passenger rail from, apart from tm-developments? or anyone selling one second hand?thanks
TrisK
ok so here are some pictures of the seats:i like them a lot, did a test fit of the drivers one last night, gonna have to chop one bit of the bracket off, and weld the recaro to bride plate adapter on the seat to get it to fit my bride rails.then work out what im doing for the passenger side :/ who really knows yet. i dont :/ rails are like rocking horse pooalso, this came from funky power a few days ago, goes with the theme of the bay better, as its been one of my missions to tidy the engine up for a while. it wont go on til the summer though, when its not pissing down and roads are all wet. as the relocated airfilter is a magnet for crap and dirt
