Difference between 5EFE & 5EFHE cams?

I'm wanting to put a different set of cams in, just wondering is there any difference between the 5efe and 5efhe cams?

5efhe cams are the only different cams from e series engines, 4efe, 4efte, 5efe all use the same ones. 5efhe ones have slightly more lift and duration
