Xpect Posted December 11, 2012 Share Posted December 11, 2012 A near standard NA EP91 with like 10-15l of Super unleaded in the tank weighs 870-880kg (1000kgs on a local junkyard where I asked to let my car weigh and I weigh roughly 120-130kg sadly).My car had only a few optional extras that may add or remove weight:Power SteeringElectrical Sunroof13" Optional 5-Spoke Toyota Alloys (are standard for my "Moonlight"-Edition)Corolla E11 intake manifold (which is quite a few kgs lighter than the stock one)Other than these there was nothing added or removed at that time. I assume the Glanza with its Air conditioning, Turbo-realated stuff and additional extras like central locking and electric windows would be like 50-70kg heavier. daniel_g Posted December 11, 2012 Share Posted December 11, 2012 Its amazing the weight you could strip out / replace with lighter parts, defo gonna try and get my GT sub 800kg.Also i'm sure there were light weight versions of the glanzas, with less equipment etc. Unsure about GTs though.
