I have just decided to do a build thread after buying my car back in october 2013 so here it goes!

Today finally got the time to work on the car/Losing my bite point so was time for the gearbox to come out (01/02/2014)

Found the Issue with the clutch

Think its time for a new flywheel aswell :)

After finding out the clutch was fucked decided to move onto the brakes as they have been sitting around for the last couple of months.

So after finding out needed new clutch and flywheel and that i couldnt get that till Tuesday i decided to clean the gearbox and pain it up.

Also Decided no need for a radio so took that out and getting ready to do a custom job there

Thanks mate. Don't need to take heater out just make sure you block that vent off. Got so much more to come. May take time though as it's all money

The vent is out and expanding foam has been used behind it! To stop heat getting on the controller. Everything else is in place

So While i waited for my clutch & flywheel to come i started to custom make a gauge and toggle switch holder and start running the wires through.

Then done a template for the gauges and switches

Then turn up 3 packages :) Spec 6 Puk Clutch/TD Lightened flywheel & HKS Hi Power Exhaust System

Starting to all come together now! Gearbox is all back on, driveshafts! Wilwood 4 pot brakes with grooved disc and yellow stuff pads in front, braided lines on rear all bled and tyres on! Noticed rad is leaking so new one on the way and thought I would check the thermostat is fully functioning noticed the seal had gone so need to order one! Toggle switches still need wiring up and then thinking about spraying inside and cage!

Will get up some pics once it's had a good clean!

So decided i was going to get all my toggle switches wired up:- Left to right (fan/fuel/ignition start and cut off)

Over the last couple of months i have been collecting parts ready to be assembled! really wanted to do the handling side before any more power but some things you cant refuse ;)



Full HKS Hi Power Exhaust - I fully heat wrapped the exhaust brought uprated mounts and all new gaskets


Full Blue Hose Kit


Sard Fuel Pressure With Braided Lines


Whiteline RARB


Whiteline FARB


TD Fuel Rail And Bradided Lines

So after a load of effort to start work on the car after work as never have time the weekend the work had begun! i first started by getting my anti roll bar that i had sprayed fitted

I have been speaking Keith at Zisco that is making me a lil something for my TD04 Lateral Performance one off turbo :) so the stripping needed to be started

Exhaust half off need to cut it in half as previous owner decided to wield the joins :(

Nice project! Question on the switches, the fan is that to switch it on whenever you want?



Now the weather is getting hot, I'd like to add a manual override to my rad fan to keep temps cool

Thanks mate. Yes that's correct I can activate or turn off fan whenever I require straight forward to do mate

Ah sweet, would you mind taking a picture of where you have spliced into the wires please? And briefly just explain how you wired it?
