Mikes 98 spec glanza....281HP TD04L forge build....European road trip completed

Well I thought after four years of ownership I should start I a build thread.

It all started in 2010 when I found a completely standard example glanza with a load of jap service history.

This is a picture of when I got it.

It's been my daily in London so it's got a few scars.

Spec it's being built to so far:

Forged engine, Wossner 74.5 pistons and scat rods, JE MLS 1.3 head gasket,

ARP head bolts and ARP main studs. Stock head

TD04l

WEPR mild steel manifold

Innovate scg-1 boost controller and wideband

RW developments Decat screamer

Planning to map on a dastek uni chip ecu once all ran in

Blitz nur spec cat back

Jperformance FMIC

K&n filter relocated to front bumper

ORC clutch

Magnecor leads

Tuning developments fuel pump

BC Coilovers

Ebc front disks

Full OEM recaro interior but with speed seats up front

Rota grid V with parada spec 2's.

But here's some pics of what it looks like at the moment.

I had to roll the arches as the wheels where scrubbing on the drivers side.

Made some seat covers for the time being aswell

Looks awesome mate reminds me of my first glanza. Any plans?

Cheers mate, I'm happy for the time being. Plenty fast enough for what I use it for. Will probably go TD04 when the ct9 dies though lol.

Finally got round to removing the ac and fitted a braided oil feed,

Also repositioned the fmic so I could get the crash bar back in.

Now it all fits perfect with no bumper cutting :)

Thought it's time for another update....after being run off the road by some wanker I hit an island...

Have now replaced the sump and gearbox. Just got a couple more bits to do then she's back on the road
