DevonGT
I don't think it will make a great difference to be honest, may save a bit of fuel. I don't do many motorway miles, mainly B roads etc where I think it's in a different league to the ep's. I will be swapping 1st though for a GT one.

kbond
So would a diesel Yaris 5th gear fit in a gt LSD box? Always thought about a longer 5th gear for motorway driving but never looked into it
5e colin
kbond it wont no oem lsd boxes are c1## so a gear from a 3 diggit box is neaded there narrower then c5# !!!!!! some of the oem lsd boxes already have the low gear like the serra lsd box but has a higher fd so makes no use of the low gear !!!!!! weeman
My box needs an overhaul again it doesn't appear to enjoy drag racing lol so I may have a gt gearset fitted In mine as the gearbox shop said it should be possible

Or find one from another C series box which matches the rear diff.
