Lew91
Who's fitted there own bonnet pins (flat aero catch type) and how hard are they to do? Don't fancy fucking my bonnet up really. Also what ones are people using? Seen loads on eBay but they seem to cheap and we all know what cheap means!
Gary91
These are the ones I bought, genuine aerocatch, not cheap fakes http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/AEROCATCH-Plus-Flush-Locking-Bonnet-Catch-Pin-120-2100-/370519489484?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item5644aebbcc#ht_3772wt_1038 Actually quite easy to fit, its just the thought of cutting holes in your bonnet especially when its carbon fibre. All you need is a drill, dremel, tape measure, masking tape and a pen/pencil. Mask off the bonnet where your catches will be going with masking tape, measure out where exactly you want them, use the template to mark where they will be going, measure and check everything twice to make sure then cut and drill where necessary. Lew91
Ahh yeah see they look much better. Yes that is the worrying part, it's only a stock bonnet but even still, trying to find another one in white would be a pain in the arse. Cheers for the help mate I'll get some ordered up on pay day.
