EP82 Touge
Yes very much looking forward to getting the K1-200V on. There are a few things I want to do first though.
MustakimQZ
Was it relatively easy to find a k1 over there?

EP82 Touge
The K1-200V's do pop up every now and then over here, but still not the cheapest option around. Starletezy: Thanks mate.

EP82 Touge
A second hand Blitz turbo is still worth 90,000Y-100,000Y over here. Quite a lot when you consider a reasonable Starlet is only worth around 200,000Y. To be honest I haven't come across many other Starlet's racing. This guy is apart of the same car club, so looking forward to finding out a bit more about the set-up.

EP82 Touge
Plenty of good videos on that car. From my knowledge it's running a Blitz K1-200V and HKS F-Con computer. Hopefully I will get a chance to check it out in more detail shortly. I think a best time somewhere in the 1:03's.
MustakimQZ
You're not that far off. Be interesting to see once you have the k1 and brakes in.

EP82 Touge
Update:Carpet removedSound deadning removedLighter, lower seat rail installedGearbox oil changedJDM-EP Spree-R fittedTom's grille and headlight duct paintedBack to the track. No improvement in time unfortunately, but I can't really compare as the track was damp and slippery with all cars a little off the pace.
Amjad
Did you feel any difference with the wing?
EP82 Touge
I think the wing is effective, in that it works. I really didn't expect any reduction in time until I get the front aero sorted to balance it out. I did my quickest last sector, which makes sense with the wing helping around the last corner of Tsukuba. The car felt more stable under brakes and around the higher speed corners. I did loose a little top speed down the track and noticed more understeer, but this could be a combination of pushing a little harder, tyres getting old/worn and also the track conditions on the day.
