Should still be valid. Dont think that many people here do drags much in their starlets.

I'll be back out in the 4paw in a few months, will be a far better spec 8)

Here's mine from 10/12/16 at Meremere Dragway here in NZ

12.4@113mph. 2.086 60ft. Hoosier

225/50/15. EP71 4AGE @ 16psi. BP 98 octane pump gas. Unprepared track.

Hope to better that or at least back it up at the end of this month.

this was way back in 2007 look at the youtube date when i was like 3rd ish uk person to td04.

td04 1.3bar stock internal circa 260bhp

i have run low 12is in my 5e but for proof purposed see above

ive scince lost interest in drag racing having done some proper circuit days, will have to revisit at some point, starlets been engine less for 18months now:( 2017 is the revival!

Update from the weekend and a new PB again from Meremere Dragway here in NZ. Basically the same tune as last time just with a bit of fuel taken out as it was running rich. Very hot day so suffering a bit from heat soak.

12.1@115mph. 2.025 60ft.

Hoosier 225/50/15.

EP71 4AGE @ 16.5psi. BP 98 octane pump gas.

We have a twilight event coming up on the 17th which will hopefully have cooler air temps and might get that 11.

you have always had good results from your relatively simple builds...that was always admirable :thumbsup:

hey bro! yea, somtimes simple is best lol

im still lurking about just done a freash hi(sih) CR 5e build but GTs been off teh road for 4/5yearsnow, never had the heart to get rid of the GT, so i just added a single turbo supra and mx5 turbo for track to the collection :)

i dont know how possible it is, but if you can get lucky with maybe a 1.9 60ft at some point and a decent run in---it will be amazing time wise

Thanks! Yeah the suspension setup needs work. Haven't really done anything to it since getting into the high 12s. Need to jack the rear up somehow

Paton,r u sure mate? didn't hear or see the end as i was stuck at the end of the strip haha, gearbox locked up so had to push it to the return road and wait for the Marshalls to tow me

got another time to add,

took my newly build 5e (my 3rd engine in my ep) just to get a base time before mapping and turbo swap

forged 5e - with 9.1 cr

td0413t 11psi 330 cc injector and rrfpr crude way to run an engine in but solid 11.2 arfs on boost

anway. note im not using any form of fcd so well please with this

i just run a 13.78 at 102mph:

as always could of improved but only wanted a base before i put a vf35 on and max it out :)
