BMX-RIG
Nice nice nice! I really think you should buy an oem ducktail with red 99 lights Cheers mate, Im in two minds about a ducktail, i always have been, i think if i had one id love it, but i love it as it is so it'll probably go without lol, as the for the lights it will get 98 ones off the daily, but if some come up at the right time... daniel_g
Not my car but red V really suit a ducktail imo, i dont normally like them.
BMX-RIG
The worse thing about not updating this regularly, is that its a larger job to do once you do lol, ill post some up now then some more soon 👍 Allot has happened since the last update and the car is soon to be on the road. Still not where i want it to be but the rest can come in good time.First up is the seat belt buckles. Mine were very pink and looked their age. I saw someone on here had bought new ones from Toyota for sensible money. Upon ordering them, it turns out there are two variations which i wasent aware of. One for standard seats and one for the recaro rails. Luckily both were still available. Here are some photos of mine vs new. Also picked up new caps for the wiper arms and some push in clips for the feonr grill.Sold the pair of carbon cusco braces as i only had use for one becuase of the oem rear brace. So i sold up and acquired an oem front strut which i had sandblasted and powdercoated.Bought a 4 point lower arm brace of ebay too.I took this photo after removing the plate that was rivited on.Straight to be sandblasted,Then powdercoated with then sustec plate rivited back on,Fitted back on the car,I was concerned about the clearance with the exhaust but theres just about enough room luckily.New wheels, In need of a refurb, buy couldnt help but try them on,Started by getting new centres made,New steering wheel from the gf for Christmas,Current interior view,More to come later on when i get some time lol

BMX-RIG
Furthermore from the previous update, i had the RARB blasted and powder coated black. For those who may have noticed i changed the suspension, it was on Tein HA's but i removed the BC's from the daily to put them on this. When i first bought them i never stripped/ cleaned a greased them. So now was the ideal time.Only photos of the rears fitted,Have some new socks to go on these to preserve them but ive left it to make sure the ride height is ok.Moved the 98spec lights over also,Next up was the headlights, also changed the clear indicators for ambers. Before,While the bumper was off i got a photo of the Greddy oil filter relocation and cooler kit,After,And with all of that i think im up to date, probs missed something but ill add it on in the future 👍😎Just needs waxoyl. Then its road worthy, but many things in the pipeline...

BMX-RIG
Update time! Had the car on all 4 to get it waxoyled. Some photos from before,And the finished product The whole car was done from front to back but i didnt get many photos afterwards. And that was it, the car was ready for the road. I taxed and insured it as of the 1st of April. The first time i wouldve actually driven the car in nearly 2 years! After my first fill up,The first of many i suppose lol. Some random photos in the first two days of driving it After 2 days of use it became apparent the manifold had seen better days... So i replaced it with a stock replacement WEPR manifold with new genuine gaskets. No fitted photos yet, however it certainly doesnt look as it did in the photo anymore Then its first show Then a flawless 300 mile round trip to pick up my brothers new toy.The speedlines were needing tyres on the front so it was a good excuse to get someuse out of the weds.I have more to update but ill save that for another day lol Edited July 4, 2017 by BMX-RIG
