Hi guy, My passenger mirror does not fold or adjust, there is no noise from it at all when I try to operate it, could this been a wiring issue or is it just that the entire mechanism has packed up?

Does anyone know where this is located? It might not even be the issue but my passenger side mirror does not fold or have my power to move the kirror adjustment? Could it be a fuse?

How easy is this to change in the left hand side of the engine?

How do change do I go about changing the bung? Is it the rear camshaft one? Easy to do?
