  1. Yes that's way it is. The Kilen website says that those springs are for the p8 and p7 as well. I've read that the springs differs between a p8 and p7 and therefore I'm questioning if the springs for a p8 and p7 can have the same part number. These are the springs I've bought: http://www.spring-loaded.co.uk/proddetail.php?prod=Kilen~Sport~Lowering~Springs~-~Toyota~Starlet~1.3~P7~10%2F84~-~12%2F89 But you can search for the part number and then you'll see the p8 has the exact same number and same lowering
  2. I'm taking only the springs of the p7 and will be using my stock p7 shocks EDIT: Im taking P8 Springs
  3. So my car well get lower then the advertised 30 mm? Thats what I absolutely don't want cause at the moment i have 40 mm and those are too low for me
  4. I bought some springs on eBay but I might cancel the order while I now see the springs have the same part number for the p7 as p8 as well. These are Kilen springs. I thought there is a difference between the springs so you can't use p7 springs on a p8 and vice versa. Does anybody know if the springs are different for sure? Or might it be that lowering springs are interchangeable in contradiction to the OEM springs? I'm using stock shocks
  5. I did find some Kilen springs which are 30mm. Might give them a try
  6. I did find some Kilen springs which are 30mm. Might give them a try
  7. Those Ronals are 7j and offset is 37 with 195/45 tires. Will be a tight fit I think with the lowering but should be possible
  8. Hi, I'm not sure they lower 50-60. They should lower 40 (brand is AP) but i think it's a tad more. Maybe it looks while it has a little bigger then stock tires (155/80/13). But i'm hitting bumps easily and next week i'm going to mount some Ronal Turbos with 195/45/15 tires, so that would lower the car an additional 10 mm. Here are some pictures of how the car looks at the moment:
  9. Hi, I have a ep71 1.3 XL with a Haslbeck body kit. Will post a project page later on. There are now AP springs mounted i think which should lower 40 mm but they seem to lower 50-60. That In combination with that body kit makes it too low especially when I'm going to mount my Ronal Turbos wheels with 195/45/15 wheels which have 1.1 cm less high as the 155/80/13 I have on now. Therefore I'd really like to buy 25 mm lowering springs or 30 mm at max. Is there anything available? Thanks
  10. Can someone confirm if the e10 exhaust manifold is a direct fit?
  11. I have to look later on what I'm using for it. There's a special solution for injectors, carburettors, etc Can check this on Monday maybe
  12. I was glad selling them to such a nice buyer! Wouldn't hesitate to sell thing to him again. Great contact and very friendly he is!
  13. And the glanza has a knock sensor and the UK doesn't have it. So you have to switch your knock sensor over to the UK spec engine. Also swap the mani over otherwise you'd be loosing some power too. Some glanza s have dis ignition and some use the same as the UK spec ignition. So no big deals only things you have to swap from your glanza engine
