No not me. I'm Timmy I did read plenty of people rrunning 1 bar of boost around 230bhp on standard internals so I thought this would of been ok. Still not sure which way I'm going to go with it. Can't see any engines for sale at the moment. (No offence but it's hard work looking through all the for sale ads, why not just have a traders area and a private sales area?)

I did do a Cylinder leakage test and it was all good. Just luck of the draw I guess, I'd like to think anyway... I don't thrash the nuts out my cars, had plenty of stis, mr2 tubbys etc. and always been fortunate that nothing catastrophic has ever happened. I think I'll buy a compression tester kit though for future cars. My mechanic is always busy for weeks. Is there anywhere in the South East I could go and get it dropped off and picked up from, that people could recommend if it does turn out to be the piston which seems like it will be? Just a thought at the moment to get it
