  1. It seems after some brief googling that everyone else is outside of the uk! Thanks though Rob
  2. Hi Guys, Needing to invest in some forged pistons and rods soon. Other than IdWorkz and TD(not that i imagine theres anything wrong with them just like to shop about), where else can i look? What other brands have people got results with?
  3. Evening Guys and girls. Thought i could start my build thread. Been registered a loooong time, always quietly listening in the corner absorbing. Allow me to introduce my 96 spec glanza. I bought this quite some time ago with a blown headgasket as a fixer upper. Built it back up and she ran a dream for about 9 months until the gasket i used failed (Not due to my neglect of rebuild, a friend had the same issue within the same timeframe with the same gasket). In the middle of all this i bought my first house, did lots of other stuff and the glanza took a spot on the back burner.
  4. Love a good barn find. If your using tapatalk you can upload directly Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
  5. Yeah theyre xr2 seats i think! A friend of mine was excited to confirm theyre oz chronos as he had them on his fezzy in the early 2000's Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
  6. The Bug never left me! I ran a lovely little SR a long time ago (which has recently popped up for sale again) and then i defected to honda but im now pleased to confess i have committed to saving a glanza from certain death! Build thread to follow in time but heres a few teasers plus a snap of my old gal Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

  8. Free bump pal. Bhav is a sound guy to deal with!! Honest and genuine!! Pleased to see a pic of my old one and even more pleased to see your keeping it out of the two!!
  9. Cheeky friday night bump. Am open to offers....
  10. All I've done with that engine is split it from the gearbox so i could put it up on a stand and clean it. I was waiting for the current engine to finish itself off before putting yours in but it just kept soldiering on!
  11. Thats the one bhav! I didnt quote you because i didnt think you were still on here!
  12. Year:1999 Model:Starlet SR Tax:Nope. MOT:A little over 6 Months Mileage:147700(Rising until 1/10/14) Description: Ideal base for a track project or boost project! I dont have the time or space to fix this car and make good of it right now! I work 8 days a week! I have adored this little beaut for a little over 4 years and have loved every minute of it. Never has it failed me. For those who know what the SR is you will know there are just over 300 of these left on the road. I have taken mine to a few local shows even classic car shows and it even gets the older generation of folk ogling over
  13. Where abouts are you daz? The roads round south kesteven are awful. A friend of mine was almost killed near crowland due to poor roads that were marked for repair for months. Funnily enough within two weeks of my mate nearly dieing the road was repaired
