4EFTE engine from my Glanza v 1997

Item Condition & Description:

I took this engine out of my glanza a couple of months ago because I think the bottom end bearings have gone but I havent even taken off the sump to have a look as I dont really have the time. Its currently stored at my work and my boss needs it out of his way otherwise I was planning on fixing it myself and selling it working! The engine has done about 120,000km, just had a new rocker cover gasket and PCV valve fitted aswel as the inlet being cleaned. I has the rocker cover powder coated in white fairly recently but after closer inspection it has a tiny hair crack close to one of the nuts on the top. The only other issue is the king lead pin is stuck in the distributor cap and I cant seem to get it out. The sump is in good condition and it did have a new oil filter on it. I would prefer to sell it as one as i dont have the time to take it apart and as said before my boss needs it out of the way.

Everything in the picture is included (rocker cover, inlet, flywheel, sump, head, distributor and rotor arm, standard injectors, alternator, fuel rail etc)

Price:

£200 plus postage

Payment & Shipping Details:

I would prefer paypal but I can also accept bank transfer if needed. Willing to post anywhere but it will be at buyers cost, I can put it on a pallet and wrap it up so it shouldnt cost too much to send within the UK.

Not sure to be honest mate! I found out yesterday that for some reason my map sensor is sometimes giving the ECU an incorrect voltage on idle (making the ecu think its on boost therefore putting more fuel ing and making it run rough) once i can source the problem I will be able to get back to you about what im going to do about ECU's :) plus my JAM hasnt arrived yet :)

Buy the engine *cough* need some money to get this map checked out :p I was originally keeping it just to take apart and learn more about the engine internals, learning as i go, but if im honest i just dont have the time and all my spare time is going into trying to fix my car and get it back to running again!
