Banbury Glanza
I'm not mechanically minded at all, but I need new valve stem seals. I need to know what if anything else I need. I've been told I will need a new head gasket. Cheers
Sefton-EP91
Can be done with head on using compressed air or even rope to hold valve up with this method no head gasket is needed. When I done mine I took the head off and done HG at same time for piece of mind knowing its done if you take head off, replace head bolts aswell. Hope this helps!! glanzatd04l220
as said above you need hg new head blot's M9 coolant and the tool to compress the valve springs you will also need to reseat the valves in as well.remember to drain the oil first cause when the heads removed coolant will enter the cylinders and contaminate the oil. I replaced my oil stem seals 2 weeks ago myself but I'm mechanically minded.also remember to pretension the inlet cam when setting the timing. kevin
