maddox710
If it's at the same, boost pressure I can see why maybe it's only making the near stock power figure, u guess it will shine once upto around 1bar+
Gainzy
What ecu? weak actuator, boost leak. 1 bar as above is magic number. Those HKS actuators are a good option they are alot stronger. They hold better. Don't forget I run external wastegate on a ebc as I say you should be whizzing over the 200 mark
EP82 Touge
It's the Blitz Access K1-200V ECU, boost was over 1 bar so there is a problem there somewhere. The way the torque drops away so suddenly doesn't seem normal and makes me think something boost related.
Socks
Have you got a boost curve Troy?
maddox710
Boost curve would help, don't think it's ignition being retarded because the power doesn't really plunge north too quick. If your boost stays stable maybe something is letting boost leak past
JayJ
If that's a hub dyno the power is quite realistic. Here's mine on hub dyno with Tongs GT spec ct9, 0.95barThe result was 107kw(145whp)@5960, torque 198nm@4510.

EP82 Touge
It is a hub dyno, but having it back to back with the standard turbo, makes me think something is not right. I'm pretty sure the blow off valve connection to the intake pipe is leaking so I will start with that. I don't have the boost curve unfortunately!

Sam44
Great read and excellent work. Looking At the Dyno graph id say exhaust gas temps threw the roof. I wonder if the engine survied this turbo. Edited February 16, 2020 by Sam44
