5T4R7ET N/A
im making this thread again as i didnt update my old one and i think it has been deleted, so here goes again.this time i will be hopefully updated the build thread even for the small updates.i do all the work myself so time is the only restriction and as some of you know, its all in the detail.I have had this car a little while after having a bump with a uninsured driver i decided to buy as a upgrade from my red n/a.was mint and i was planning to 4efte it.after the acccident i bought a already converted n/a . i know a little about the history so here goes ( this is going to be a bit long post!! )it started life like this, box standard staret was mint, then one of the next owners modded it a bitThen went to someone else I thinkthen came the conversion (done by jackstar on here)sadly thats all the historic picture i have. I remember there being some more but i cant find them now.it had been slammed on coilovers and front bumper had been cut with a intercooler spray bar in it, looked alright.when i bought the car it was in bad condition. had sort many things out beingbrakes caliper one size siezedsuspension, coilovers corroded solid and one shock burstgearbox completely gone, just about got it home. turned out drive shaft oil seal were shotspark plug seals gonedecat bolts missinginterior very dirtytyres close to legal limitthe list goes on...... probably why i didnt take any photos of it then. (2-3 years ago now)so i made a new front bumper in 2013, came out pretty goodthis is how the car looks now.under the skin i have changed the following, most will be changed again.Suspension:35mm apexi springs with koni adjustable shocksfront top mounts are adjustableall the bushing is poly bushedwhitline panhard rodbrakes:put standard ones that work properly. (these will be changed)turbo:was t25 but i had to ditch it as it was knackered.it is running a toyosport kit with td04 at 0.5 bar ( this will be changed)interior:rs turbo seats, ( these will be changed)AEM wideband gaugeoil pressure, temp gauge and water temp gaugeengine bay was made up just to test a few things and is mostly temporary. everything bar the engine and radiator will be moved or changedits a right mess at the momentthe steering wheel came out of celica, i just put sprayed my airbag black and put it in.the car has been off road for ages. i will put up more updates soon. I have lots of other bits and bobs to share but didnt want to make this too long.I know exactly what i want to do and just need to do it. wish me luck Edited July 18, 2017 by 5T4R7ET N/A

5T4R7ET N/A
forgot to upload some older bits i have done.i done the door frame like the glanza in satin blackthis is where i plumbed in my water temperature sensor for the gauge.airbox that i made, its temporary but the concept worked pretty well with the air coming through the foglight trumpet.i also had the biggest piece of the puzzle arrive some time ago. a lot of the engine bay is based around it so im hoping it works out. i gave the measurements to keith and Zisco Performance, and he made it exactly how i want it. i decided to DEI titanium wrap it.by the way thats 50ft of 1inch wrap. it takes a bit of time to do it properly so be patientclose to the rad so might have to create a little shield for it.also redone the pipes in a custom route for the bottom to get some space for the exhaust. also they are now black, much better than the red ones off my old n/ahopefully more to come after this weekend Edited July 18, 2017 by 5T4R7ET N/A

5T4R7ET N/A
Update 4/10/15Its been another nice day so i could continue work the slow progressI blocked off all the ports to the throttle body and then gave it a lick if paint. Used epoxy putty for blocking upthe ports which worked well. Then i got my alloys out, they need a refurb. Gave them a good clean first Anyone guess what they are? Some people know but for now i will keep it a secret.Done the insides of them black as well. I will be doing a different colour for the alloys face. Since i had taken most bits off the hub, gave that some paint as well. Not the best pictureHoping to put it back together next time and do the other side. Only half done so far. 5T4R7ET N/A
Found some pictures of what the car looked like when i bought it. Took a little google search to find my old thread that i couldnt find on here. Lol Looked ok, i still like the agressive front end. Up close its was a different story by the time i had it and underneath it needed a lot of work. Edited July 14, 2017 by 5T4R7ET N/A
