Westley
I one day plan to have the parts on my car as clean as yours! It's beautiful! Quick question are all the gold parts the same gold? If so what gold is it as the arb looks almost perfect to the gold I'm looking for
jayc-glanza17
Arb is hammerite smooth gold.Rest are a different gold.Trick is to use zinc primer with a decent light base coat.Cheers though fella its taking time to make everything clean.

I'll try find a colour that is a close match, and again thinks for the advice with the zinc primer! I need to get my underside freshened up as its been an advisory to get it undersealed and the rear is starting to look a bit worn out! Look forward to seeing the final product bud
jayc-glanza17
With christmas and new year and be being quite ill since the turn of the year.Progress has been slow..However i have now fitted my longer wheel studs, so hubs can go on when get some free time. Also rear brakes and handbrake are all connected. So rear end is built up..Russ78 done me a nice deal as he is breaking his 1a0 glanza. So i got the bits i was missing after the accident on last shell.. Latest pics of rear..plan now is to bolt front end all up.And bleed brakes to check for leaks with the new lines ive made..

jayc-glanza17
Thanks fella..Today had an unexpected call which turned out to be good news.pro alloy who made my rad and intercooler had the founder pass away over xmas so repairing the intercooler and rad wasnt expected till march.. however they started and finished them this week.Pro alloy made me a new radiator, but fitted a spal fan and proper brackets for nothing as old rad couldnt be repaired. Also the intercooler was repaired at same time and pressure tested to 40psi under water and no leaks.Heres pictures..Also me and russ78 have made a start repairing the fibreglass panels damaged in crash. Livesports splitter is back in 1 piece.
