Rich-k
Yeh that's what I've got but it took around 4 days to dry :/ says 1hr on the tin lol If you have painted them recently thats because its freezing outside, hammerite is great stuff but it needs to be really warm to go of fast mate. JDM_MARK
Hi everyone got a big update of the car put the back axel on put the drum brakes back together and lots more I'll let the pictures do the talking What the panhard rod looked like beforeCleaned up and a coat of rust to metalAnd then paintedAnd then the same with these Also the underneath got a good Schutz and the fuel tank was dropped to get behind so I took this corner support off as it was rotting and gave it a nice lick of paint
Pikey009
Awesome mate nice to see another SR getting the treatment it deserves I need to finish underselling mine :/
JDM_MARK
I am also going to see if I can get these o.z wheels to fit as another set of wheels I have also got a set of Toyota mud flaps which thought would look goodI dunno if any one noticed but this that panhard rod bolts to has been damaged in the past and as a result the axel sits further out one side.To fix this it was either buy a adjustable panhard rod which I will in the future or just cut the standard rod down. I decided to cut 8mm out and weld it back togetherThis is the finished product I also put it in a vice and gave it a quick wiggle waggle and it's solid so I'm happy with that also the axel was jacked up to ride height and the wheels are evenly spaced out
