haha hopfully not a bit of smoky smoky at the moment maybe the turbo is giving up even though its relatively new

another problem arghhh just taken the gt out for its first spin wont boost past .5 of a bar its ment to be a 1 bar spring in the waste gate it is a cheapo fleabay waste gate is this the problem do you think? is there a way of bypassing the waste gate to see if it is indeed what is causing the problem ? or shall I just take it off and see if it does boost over .5 of a bar ? I no thats risky or is it just stupid ?

yeah thats whatbi mean by its probably not on very well it just doesnt feel solid when its on there anyone got an original ?.

there arnt even lines on it at the moment could it be that the oil cap isnt on properly as it doesnt really wind on that well really my mate says he can check for cracks in the block but theres nothing obvious at the moment :s its only covered about 2k miles since new built buy liam on jere so I trust the turbo although the oil feed pipe wasnt on properly when I first started it up and drained the oil out so it was runing without oil for a bit like 20 seconds ill wip the plugs out soon to check I havnt got a socket bit will borrow one soon

nah its a screw on could it be extreme vibration ? is there ment to be high crank case presure like this ?

ive just fitted my new turbo its feeling like theres loads of pressure so much so that it is blowing off the oil cap what the heck ? is it a shitty oil cap it is trd... there seems like theres just way tonmuch pressure in the block any help would be great

oh mate saviour I was doing my nut in earlier where abouts do I have my dump valve positioned I was going to cut a section out of the intercooler piping and get one of those inserts or is there a easier better more cost effective way ? thanks for your help man. -
hey thank you for looking , I have recently brought and fitted a new zisco ram horn manifold (externally gated) hybrid turbo new water lines extrrnal waste gate ive given ot a service ive fitted a two silicone pipes from the wastegate one to the inlet manifold and one to the turbo I guess I still need a dump valve ? the silicone pipe from the top of the wastegate goes to the inlet mani and the bottom one goes to the turbo this right ? if I do still need a dump valve how does the piping work do I leave or blank any off ? or get splitters as I know the inlet mani needs to be plumed into the dump
