Good evening, Our 1998 S Reg Starlet has developed a fault which seems to cause issues when the engine is cold - loss of power but only for a few minutes and engine light comes on. Have checked diagnostics and getting code 22. I think this means my coolant temperature sensor has gone so ordered a new one and was sent something that doesn't look anything like what I think is the coolant temp. sensor. My question is, can someone please confirm if the picture shown is actually my coolant temp sensor or am I being stupid and pulling out the wrong sensor?
