spark plus and HT leads were changed like 2 months ago

Hey guys i need help asap!!! when Im driving my car normally its fine but when i drop a gear and the revs are going higher quickly it randomly jolts hard! feels like fuel cut but its not, someone said its miss firing but i dont know what the cause is to this!! can someone please help?! :/
