No just a constant same level of noise and pitch

Hi everyone started my glanza up this morning fine pulled away and a loud knocking noise started. Sounds really loud inside the car, so pulled over popped hood to check where it's coming from. The noise was a lot quieter from the engine area but noise sounds like it's coming from behind the back of the engine. Any help would be greatful. Dan

Hi everyone I'm having an annoying issue with my 96glanza, if I put my foot flat down soon as revs hit between 4500-5000rpm the car starts stuttering and spluttering but if I put foot down 1/2-3/4 it will rev round to red line no problem at all????? But now every time the engine stutters it doesn't boost and it has now started to force the coolant out of the coolant bottle out of the over flow hole on the cap so much so it's come up and running down the out side of my passenger fender help!!!!! Any help or advise would be great thanks Dan.
