Hi guys, I have a 1996 Starlet 1.3CD and it seems to idle quite high sometimes at 2000 rpm, but it settles down a bit later on, sometimes it fluctuates between 1 and 2000 rpm, was wondering if anyone has had this before and if so what can be done to fix it ? Thanks
