Have a Defi egt gauge, where should I fit the probe, on the manifold? Which runner? Or the down pipe?

Some idiot fitted an FCD right next to the Ecu and removed it leaving the wires in a mess, blobs of solder and electrical tape. Any way to test that the wires are ok and not giving a dodgy signal/ voltage to the map sensor?

What about timing, set as 4e marks, 10deg at 750rpm?

I've already got all the parts bud, just need to know how to make it work

Plug look white so clearly running lean, there is a big hole in the flexi, would this cause it to run lean?

Standard fuel regulator and injectors?

has this been done? whats max boost it can safely run?

Wouldn't the engine light be on if there was a fault?

Timing is bang on 10deg at 750 rpm in diagnostic mode Is there a way to test the TPS?

Tried unplugging the lambda, it didn't affect it. With foot flat down it feels like the cars holding back, feels like it's in 5th gear when it's actually in 1st, turbo spools really slowly and takes a while to get to 3k, when it gets to 3k it's fine and boosts fine.

Just fitted a newly rebuilt engine, on idle it's fine, when driving the car its bogging down at low revs and feels likes its holding back, once it reaches 3k it's smooth and boosts normally, did a compression test and it's equal across all cylinders. What should I check???

you have the correct bearing, just needs to be pressed onto your existing Orc sleeve, 5min job with a bearing press

Does anyone know of any fabricators in the Midlands or within 100miles from Leicester.. Need a smaller vband flange welding onto my mild steel manifold. Also need a wastegate dump pipe making and plumbing into my stainless downpipe. All the places I know of will make it look a mess, want someone who will do a neat job..both parts are WEPR so want similar quality welds doing...

RHD sell the ORC bearing, was under £20 delivered when I brought one, will need pressing onto your existing sleeve
