What size are the holes in the dash? What's the condition of it, any marks or is it perfect?

the 15amp efi fuse looks to be ok

When on first ignition the engine light doesn't show, also no fuel Coming from the pipe that goes into the fuel rail when turning over. What should I check? Could it be the fuel pump? Or maybe a fuse?

No standard bearing will not work correctly, Orc bearing is a lot thicker.
