Kyle's 1998 Glanza V EP91
Kylehollinger replied to Kylehollinger's topic in EP91 Glanza Progress Blogs
Thought I'd do a little update, I've been dreading writing this post for a while now, towards the end of last year around 17th/18th October my glanza was involved in a front end smash with another car. It was on a dark country lane and the other car was traveling in the same direction but suddenly slammed on the brakes without indication to take a late turning, said he didn't see me, luckily I dodged the rear end but ending up basically went down the side of his car and took him into a ditch, not long after insurance wrote the car off due to its age, but they we're very good to me, they let me -

WEDSPORT SA-90 4x100 15"x7j Unfortunately I had an accident in my glanza V and it was written off by insurance a few months ago, luckily insurance let me keep my alloys, so the time has come for me to sell my beloved Classic Wedsport SA-90, 3 of the wheels are in very good condition, unfortunately one of the wheels has a bit of a scrape on one spokes, and had curb markings around the edge of the rim. The wheels come with 2 fairly new Nangang ultra-sport NS2, but unfortunately 2 of the tyres are wrecked, The PCD is 4x100, 15"x7j, I think the offset is ET40 but I may be wrong (didn't rub on my

Hi, I'm after a Varis style front bumper for my 1998 glanza V, I was wondering how long it takes for manufacture of the bumper and delivery because I'm wanting to buy quite a few parts from you such as a Jperformance FMIC intercooler, half sized radiator race kit, air filter relocation and a HKS dump valve. Cheers, Kyle

I'm after a Varis style front bumper to fit my 1998 glanza V, I've seen that ID Workz sell them but they have a long lead time on having them made, also I'm after a standard rear glanza V bumper if anyone has one, I'm after them preferably in White without any damage or marks, and I am willing to come pick it up if it isn't too far away, I'm from South Yorkshire, please contact me if you have any for sale, cheers, Kyle

*Update* Some new wipers arrived in the post today, nothing interesting just though I'd add them to the build. Swapped out the old ones for some rubber flat blades. -
Okay mate, cheers for the advise, what would be required to get it to 220bhp?

Kylehollinger replied to Kylehollinger's topic in Interior & ICE
Okay cheers mate, I'll drop him a message -
This question has probably been asked a million times before but I'm after putting in two front bucket seat and don't know what I need to do to get them fitted in the glanza with rails because I want to be able to move them back and forward. I'm wanting to use them with 3 point harnesses as well? Added some pictures and dimensions that I got form demon tweets website.

Kyle's 1998 Glanza V EP91

Got some time to fit my pads this weekend, don't think they could have survived much longer. Decided that I wanted remove the rear wiper because I didn't like the look and how long it was, so I had a read on the forum about the best place to get a de-wiper grommet and bought a bath tap blanking cover from B&Q today, fits perfect and matches the colour on my white glanza and comes with a seal to prevent any water getting in. Added some photos what it looked like before and after. I'll put a link for the grommet at B&Q below: http://www.diy.com/departments/plumbsure-plastic-tap-hol -
Cheers lads haha

How can you tell if glanzas have an LSD
Kylehollinger replied to Kylehollinger's topic in Drivetrain & Transmission
Cheers for the info guys, I was just wondering because my car has a few optional extras that were added when the car was originally bought, and it has TRD stickers on the back and I wanted to know if it was a genuine or not -
I've just had a 1998 Glanza V imported and I'm not sure weather the car has an LSD, is there anyway of telling or anything to look for without putting the car on a lifter?
-
Okay, cheers mate, the rear pads don't look too bad, I'll be swapping all discs and pads after the winter anyway, just wanted something to put me until we get the good weather back
-
Okay, cheers for the help, so when I fit the new pads the fluid in the brake fluid tank and the small master cylinder tank will raise back to full?
