cheers buddy pretty happy with the out come so far hopefully have engine back in couple weeks

now time to re build engine

yeh painted alot of bit up for the firewall and yeh its got a clear coat

got the bay painted last weekend

cheer bud yeh wanting to make it as show clean as possible really just had a look at your build looks like you put a lot of efford in to it bud looking good . you go japfest today ?

pikey009 . thanks bud and not much for future plans trying to leave it pretty standered for time being try get some optional extra for it over time mr2 . yeh not everyone can be assed with it all but as I'm in no rush to get it on the road thought I might aswell do it . and your underside looks pretty soild how long you owned the car ?

hi guys got my self a ep82 couple months back so i thought i would start a build thread my brother previously owned the car .. the cars pretty much complete standard car was brought driving back to the house sanded down and left for 5 years !! in the end he finally would let me buy it . this is how I got the car in need of some serious tlc I then primers a lot of panels on the car and then wet and dryed the whole thing after decided how far I want to go with the car I then removed engine and everything else from the bay so I could get at everything to paint spent hours on the underside cleaning was very surprised to find next to nothing surface rust and car has never been welded and all original underseal. I then got the the engine bay paint code black and sprayed underside and that is as far as I have got at the moment please let me know what you think and if you have any tips would be a great help
