How much are they worth

Basically my engine is running 74.5mm pistons but 2 of them melted I have been looking for someone with 2 for sale to replace mine, Speaking to a lad on facebook that has three but his part numbers are wrong! His part number according to wossner mean there 75mm but he has measured them at 74.4mm any ideas? My part number 9072d050 His part number 9072d100

Is there a way to test one off the engine? Basically the engine had only done 6k on a new built with a new pump etc but it melted 2 pistons and spun bearings due to running lean the oil pump was new but now I'm rebuilding im not sure if I should use this pump or not Opinions?
