big update took car out saturday to go sainsburys and i blew piston number 3 was quite scary especially when smoke started to come from my gear stick lol fixin it this week

yes still standard for now hopin to get the front end done by end of the year. mods so far are: sard rrfpr hks actuator hks fcd magnacore competition ht leads i thinks thats how you spell it lol gt front strut bar zisco compact mild steel manifold gutted cat custon straight through exhaust air filter relocation.

right some pics you will notice on the pics of my manifold it was sooo close to the intercooler pipe soo close i had to file the corner of the pipe down lol but it works now and just need to set my boost up properly now its a totally different car now from when i first got it and the 1st picture i put on here its really changed and i love it http://img410.imageshack.us/gal.php?g=04102009003.jpg

dont no mate its at a colleagues gettin sprayed but i fitted it had a bit of problem due to my intercooler pipe but I've sorted it just need to set up my boost seems to only be at 8psi after i fitted it lol..will post a list up tomorrow as im on phone atm lol and cant really think with my girlfrien blabberin on in my ear haha tim

head shouldnt be warped as i got it skimmed before it was replaced to should be all ok

yes i did the thermo housing want actually go on if the jiggle valve isnt at the top..... battery flat at college lol bump start is in order at 1 wen i go home haha

new thermostat in it from work but yeah still could be stickin it is an option.......im not sure because when its happened once i dint notice and there was just coolant on the floor but it had been turned off so wen ignition came on it was normal temp another time it happened it was just below red and i just turned it off straight away then turned ignition on for the fan to kick in which it has done......then the most recent time it happened was here at college and it was on its way to overheatin aka it was above its normal operating temp and i did same for that turned it off then onto ignitio

yeah am up for that im driving back down this sunday can come up what ever time i want really so when ever you can get down there ill start drivin up then.

i dont know what the fault codes me im away atm so when i get back al ask my master tech see what he says but im bringing the fan switch relay into college tmoz to check over and when i get back am going to check if there is continuaty in the sensor and go from there.....im not losing any water its just every now and then it overheats.....dont think its headgasket like you said I've only just rebuilt it plus if it was that it would over heat all time and i would lose water....its just really wierd how it only does it some times......going to bleed it again this weekend see how it goes...

right guys this one has even confuzled me even working for toyota..... my car as you know i have just built back up every now and then it will overheat on idle and coolant will come out the expansion bottle..... since i have changed the coolant temp sensor on the thermo housing with a new one and still it overheated... its got a new thermostat in from when i rebuilt it so that shouldnt be a problem as its a geniuine one.... the car dosent have a/c and im pritty sure the fan kicks in..... when its over heated the top coolent pipe is hard and the blowers are abit colder..... it overheated

yeah some more lads wanted takin out in it lol yeah sure mate i do sweet f a at night anyway its sh*t just end up staying at hotel best off waiting till next week now im going back tmoz to see the mrs then am home at the weekend.... what you do on sunday nights is there any meets or ote you go too tim
