  1. thanks guys. Update time of the past month well i dropped the block down to Morph to get the block notched and got him to assemble the engine as him and my brother were going to do it but my brother has been tied up with other commitments. engine build up Then Friday 10th feb my brother decided to get the old engine out and remove all the bits ready for the new engine to fitted on the Saturday but only got so far on the night and removed the engine Saturday morning and removed parts off the old engine and cleaned and put on the new engine ie sump, oil pickup, thermostat housing, rocker cover etc. random pics of new engine new engine with all bits on and gearbox bolted on to. car was hired up and slid the engine under and craned it in to place and bolted up then bolted all the turbo etc on and connected all the wiring. after that put the oils in which was new Kazz gearbox oil, millors running in oil, toyota red coolant. then primed the engine over till the oil pressure light went out and then put the fuse back in and then turned the key and started 1st time. Morph then checked the timing and adjusted the dizzy so it was right, then he connected the wide band up and we went up the road to check the afr and map so its ok for running in. when we got back we noticed there was a slight oil leak which we sorted this week and the running in miles have started. 1st oil change is done that's it for now will update next on the main oil change and mapping. Big thanks to Morph and my brother for all there efforts and work.
  2. cheers guys for the comments little update in the summer I bought morphs old emanage ultimate and harnesses morph supplied me a spare rocker cover which he got welded bungs done for me and supplied me the fittings and hoses. then got my brother to get it powder coated and get his mate to make me a custom catch can. then fitted it up in october i bought a a block and wiesco 75mm pistons, the block has been machined to take the pistons as well which was a great help. then i wanted to buy a 3 point harness and my brother picked one up on his travels from picking parts up. i then decided as i had a worn bush on the front so I uprated the bushs on the front end which have made a load of differance. beginning of december i ordered all my engine parts from tuning developments thanks Mike gave Morph my brothers spare head for him to rebuild and port and polish Exhaust Inlet Spare cams all cleaned up Head all skimmed and back together Head all back together Next is to drop the block off to Morph so he can notch the block for me and then him and my bro can start buiding the engine

Hi been a member for a while and never posted up most people knew my brothers starlet (abbott who had a 318bhp red gt) well ive had my glanza 3 years now and started life off like this evening after i bought it Next i ordered my new wheels rota grids 15s Then after that bought a autobahn intercooler and my mates tubular manifold and decat. My brother bought me some smoked front indicators and got his mate to swope my white bonnet for a carbon bonnet and some cash and gave the car a clean when to a starlet rolling road day and erith, dartford well next on the list was to going hybrid setup so asked y bro the best stuff to go for and he adviced and started collecting parts for this set up then got my brother to fit it all and he put some ocd in and cleaned and painted the block from this to this also fitted some grooved discs and pads My brother put me on to Matt at AFR tuning and made 189bhp @1bar then after a while thought i would try a different manifold to try and make a bit more power so went for the zisco ram horn stainless manifold and got it mapped 192bhp @ 1bar it mapped and drove alot better. my brother then decided to strip his car for parts which still think hes a losser for doing that but hey never mind means i get to get parts off his gt, trd quick shift, whiteline anti-rollbar and trd oil cap then after going all for ct9 hybrid relised i was not going to get the power i wanted so i decided to go for a ricky lee TD04 turbo kit went back to AFR and had it mapped on the td04 and made 217bhp @1bar for now as had a few probs clutch started to slip, boost leak and noticed i had a hole in the exaust so was told to get these sorted then come back. uprated clutch to a exedy padal clutch also uprated the engine mounts to poly bushs. while fitting these desided to get my flywheel skimmed. Bought Krissyb's wilwood big brake kit as he was breaking his car. my tein coilovers started to leak s desided to get some meister coilovers and got a geo set up sone by sumo power at last got a new HKS Exhaust system also fitted a EP82 box with a kazz lsd which i didnt take pics of. updates to come soon
