the tread size you need is 12mm x 1.5mm with a 60 degree taper on the head
-
because if a driver with dodgy insurance crashed into me i swear i would go ape shit. it really aint worth the risk mate tbh. if your gonna insure it do it properley
-
i dont see why not but the vtaks stayin at home. gonna be pimping up in the misses car
-
think i am working that day but i will see what i can sort out dudes
-
i will second that. my civic was that low too
-
did you look at the guage went the car was off or was it a electrical guage. your used to your car with a fmic remember. my glanza felt slower with the fmic compared to the tmic and it always feels quicker being a passanger
-
try his boost guage in yours. it sound like it isnt reading right tbh
-
PP's one and only redneck
-
oh dear looks like ben is really feelin the vtecs lol. Was a good night was good to see a load of people i havent seen for a while
-
thanks for the comments guys, nah not missing boost really it costs fair to much money, when i sold my 300bhp skyline for a crx that felt like a big jump down but going from the v to the civic i dont think i have lost any performance
-
same here bud i do love the coupes this is my 5th honda lol, its a b16, i was suprised how quick it is for a n/a 1.6 and it handles absolutely perfectly
-
cheers bud its ok its going into the bodyshop for a few bits to be done, need some square plates on it tho i absolutely hate the standard size ones. it goes pretty well tbh it made 173bhp and revs round to 8750rpm
-
cheers dude, na the grill is black plastic, i was going to colour code it but i think it looks nicer black
-
hi guys i thought i would come on and put some pics up of my new car after i sold my v. i picked up my civic vti a couple of weeks ago with a nice spec. it has advan wheels, daiyama coilovers, apexi exhaust and test pipe, 1 2 tune carbon bonnet, ek9 grill, fidanza flywheel, exedy clutch, buddyclub shortshifter, ek9 gearknob, aem v2 induction kit, integra type r cams and a nardi wheel. i know its not to everyones taste but comments welcome.

chanelle's vinyls were £400 inc roof. Not being funny but if you spend £50 on vinyls they are going to be complete gash, especially with the amount of work required. IMO chanelle will skitz out at hearing someone wants to do the same kind of design tbh.

i have a mate that had a small knock in it and i couldnt believe how cheap it was to fix compared to starlets, it shows how expensive starlet parts are compared to bigger car what you would expect to rape you
-
if the insurance does try to write it off say to them to get the parts second hand and get them sprayed and fitted as the insureance company will quote on new parts from toyota. to be fair though the damage dont look to bad, is the bumper actually fucked or has it just snapped the bolts and grill
-
ahh man thats bad i feel for ya. i had someone crash into my old sr. hope you get it sorted soon bud. what parts fucked on it
-
it goes exactly where the gear restrictor goes, just put the vacuum pipe in the valves on the mbc
-
try sending a message to this company mate and find out the bore size clicky
-
if your short on cash just fit one of these clicky just fit it where the 1st and 2nd gear solenoid goes. you can adjust it for the weather atm to under fuel cut. its cheap and it will get you out of trouble, it will drop the boost to below fuel cut but you wont have the gear restrictor on
-
dont you think getting a piggyback for addressing his problem is like killing a ant with a 12 bore. it is likely to be a little issue like boost creep because of the tiny penny valve. a hks actuator or a boost controller would solve this problem for sure. there aint any point getting a piggyback if all he wants to do is eliminate fuelcut
-
its not avoiding the issue, if he has a pretty much stock spec glanza there is no point getting a piggyback on stock components. you can still get good power under fuelcut as glanza cl made 170bhp.

the reverse light just cut the plug off in the lh cluster and extend the positive part into the bootlid. there is a rubber grommit type thing in the headlining and run the wire down to the plug in the bootlid. cut the wire off and put the wire you have just run to 1 side of it and the other part of the wire just earth it to a bolt or something
