does anyone know where i can get a exhaust rubber . the 1 for the backbox that slips through the bracket mines gone all saggy ... thanks

my gear cable has snapped wherr can i get a new 1 ... ? anyone braking and got any spare ?

just fitted my engine and it idles fine .. soon as i pull away it missfires really fast .. any thing i should check ??

what do i check ive got no spark at plug . ive tryed taking the plug out and holding it at block but no spark what should i check ?

right i have just done an engine change swaped over the clutch and flywheel, bolted the box back on ,linkage all on (not yet filled up with oil. i then got in the car and checked it would go in gear allright a few times and the first few times it did , but now really stiff ( i havent put any oil it it yet but also havent started the engine ) will this loosen back up when i fill it with oil? .., i just dont want to fill it up if ive put the drive shafts in wrong or something? help please

just put a new engine in my v. (well a 38k ) whats the best oil to use also gearbox oil/ and powersteering fluid?

it fits fine must just hold slightly more oil or sumthing .. ive been told its pre 1996 has the wider sump?

how do you get the drive shafts back in to the gear box? help please just done an engine swap and cant get the drive shafts into the gear box is there an easy way or just hit it?

guess its a case of see if it hits the exhaust if not swap the sumps then . cheers guys

some 1 said the pre 1996 engines had a wider sump?

im currently swapping engines and have got a blitz nur spec r cat back system , now the current engine has a small sump and the new engine has a wider sump . will this hit my exhaust and does it make any diffrence ? is one of the sumps better than the other ?

what are you supost to torque the fly wheel bolts up to ? im currently swapping engines so will have a complete engine for sale in bits
