Ave checked everything mentioned turned out to be the pipes at the back of the inlet manifold and throttle body can any body tell me excactly wat pipe goes where? Thanks

Hi I'm new to the forum my mate has a starlet gt ep82 with a ef 4e engine we have just replaced the engine and now it's hunting and idling about 1200rpm it miss fires a little when reving and under load way could I check I'm going to the thermostat tomorrow is there anything else ?
