  1. What's the best stuff? I'm sure people will have various recommendations
  2. As title.... I'm in Staffordshire, so the closer the better!
  3. As above really, I need a new CV joint and apparently there are two types... A 23 spline and a 30 spline. I have a 1998 with ABS, if anybody could help me out? Thanks

  5. Is it possible to remap the standard ECU? ...and if so, can it have an overrun style map to make loud backfires between gear changes and when slowing down VXR style-ish ... and if not, is there an ECU standalone or piggyback that could be programmed in this way?
  6. Item Condition: Great condition, just age related marks... Price & Conditions: £3,250 Item Description: Here for extremely reluctant sale I have my much loved Glanza V. Up to recently I've had a company vehicle to use for commuting leaving my little V purely a weekend car. This is no longer the case and is unfortunately now seeming no longer practical to keep. It has only been in the country since May 2010 and I'm the 2nd UK owner (3rd if you count the dealer who imported). I have all three MOT certificates present and has MOT until 15th May 2013 and Tax until December 2012. Lots of paperwork and receipts including Japanese service history amongst other bits and pieces. This car is the later '98 spec with facelifted exterior and interior. I'm asking a very fair price for this car, I could easily convert back to standard and sell the car and parts seperately for more but it seems a shame to not let somebody else enjoy such a good car! It even has a few factory optional extras such as ignition barrel and footwell illumination, flare holder, auto climate control, electrically folding door mirrors etc.... Extras over standard are as follows: Exterior HID 6,000k Bi-Xenon Hi/Lo headlights. 100w H3c fog lights. White SMD sidelights. Red LED tail/stop lights (all 4). White SMD reverse lights. White SMD number plate lights. (These light upgrades may seem a little pointless, but they really do give the car a more crisp, modern look at night which I've shown in one of the pictures) Aero flat blade wipers front and rear. Impul WRC 15 inch wheels. Yokohama Parada Spec 2 rubber all round (loads of tread). Silver metal dust caps. Subtle 'SLOW AS F*CK' JDM style sticker in silver. Interior Recaro reclining bucket seats. Recaro passenger rail. Bride super low driver rail. Swoosh boost gauge. White SMD interior light. Engine HKS fuel cut defender. Manual boost controller. TM Developments fuel pressure regulator. Toyosports stainless steel exhaust manifold (not fitted but included with sale). TM Developments stainless steel braced de-cat downpipe. A'PEXi N1 middle section. HKS backbox. Blitz Supersonic blow off valve. Air conditioning system fully removed. Air filter relocation kit (in the front grille). Green Cotton cone air filter. Uprated red HT leads. Iridium spark plugs. Lightened and balanced flywheel. ACT 6 Paddle clutch. Fuse box cover, radiator brackets, timing belt cover and a few other bits painted purple. Systec 255 fuel pump. HKS oil filter. Magnetic sump plug. Chassis/Suspension OEM front strut brace. Tein adjustable coilovers (height/damping). Adjustable top mounts for camber. Security/In Car Entertainment Viper 5601 - Remote start, auto turbo timer and remote central locking with a 2,000 foot range. JVC USB/MP3 head unit. Alpine Type E front speakers. Vibe wiring kit. Included with sale Rear interior (currently stripped out) Infinity rear speakers on parcel shelf. All in all an excellent car, as already said I will be sad to see this car sold but unfortunately I am needing a diesel Please feel free to call or text me on 07429 516955 ... If no answer or reply I'll get back to you as soon as I can! All E-mails will be responded to. 10. Item Condition: Used/Fully operational condition Price and price conditions: £10 Extra Info: Was removed in the process of relocating air filter. Air con worked absolutely fine before removing. Does have a lot of bent fins and a little dent to the bottom, but these are purely cosmetic. Pictures: Contact Details: PM or Comment Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme
  11. Item Condition: Used/Full operational condition Price and price conditions: £10 per piece Extra Info: Only removed as I relocated the air filter Pictures: Contact Details: PM or comment Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme
  12. Maybe I will have to get some door pods made up then :/ Quick tinterweb research of the best sort of sound to be expected from some 10cms will help me decide... Thanks mate
  13. So basically the two stock wires to positive and make an earth for the negavive terminal on the air horn. No extra relay, no extra fuse in a new fuse holder? Thanks for your help
  14. Anybody who might be able to help, I've been gifted an air horn and want to replace my standard horn with it (at least for a few weeks to show gratitude lol) but on attempt number one, got stuck because the two wires leading up to the standard horn weren't positive and negative as I'd anticipated but actually joined together inside the plug and are the sme colour. I have a relay that requires a positive and negative from the horn, a battery feed, and a connection to the air horn which in turn needs to be earthed. I think!!! Well that was the plan at least until the discovery of the two identical wires. Is that right or where moght I have gone wrong?
  15. Anybody know what size is possible to fit under there, think they are 10cm as standard but they sound terrible. I've recently stripped all the rear interior out which means that the back speakers and sub have gone and also road/exhaust noise has increased. Any comments appreciated as usual
  16. What bulb goes in these footwell lights? My passenger side one has just give up the ghost!
  17. Got most of the back out now and had a right good old fiddle with the rear damping...
  18. Front mount intercooler, C pillar brace, Rear strut brace (3 point OEM pref), Plug and Play or Piggyback ECU, Anything else that's considered interesting that wouldn't normally w thought of. Shout up anybody
  19. Thanks man, I think that will look pretty cool!
  20. Thanks for the offer mate, I'll keep you in mind!
  21. I'll have a quick scan around the internet, see if there is anything at a reasonable price. Any in particular I should search for?
  22. I agree, I don't care about wet performance. They will easily outgrip the speeds you travel keeping up with traffic so just relax, cruise and save your fuel for a nice road on a nice day
