What is they best way to put them on? Stick? Or clip?

Arite people? was wondering if anybody could help me with my problem. Took my car out of the garage today and when i opened the door the interior light wouldn't come on atal. When i open the door my clock dims and when i close the door the clocks fine. when its on if i put it on the clock goes off. Plus my rear fogger isn't working aswell. Can anyone help me?????
