Starlet/Glanza Cluster Conversion?

I know it's been asked a thousand times before but I can't seem to find the right details.

Has anyone got a wiring diagram to change the cluster from a 98 CD Starlet (One without the Tachometer) to a 96 Glanza S one? I haven't been able to find the correct diagram and i'd really appreciate any help.
