Rattle after fitting new clutch

Yesterday i fitted a new clutch and now it rattles when i go over 40mph. It sounds almost like creaky plastic. It dosent matter if im accelerateing or decelerating, fully speed dependant. Ive read it could be a wheel bearing but it sounds the same sort of noise as when my previous engine blew up.
