Fuel Pump Wiring Help

Hey guys,

The wiring for my fuel pump has been done by a cowbow (previous owner) and I just need a bit of help with getting it done neatly. I don't even know why its been fiddled with but someone has messed it up!

These are the wires coming from the fuel pump plug:

What I need to know is, where is the live wire in there? Mine had a black and a red wire connected to the blue and brown shown above (iirc) but it looks like the red/black came from some back street shop and not Toyota. This is what they look like:

What goes where? Up until now the black is earthed up in the driver footwell and the red live went up behind the dashboard somewhere.

Any help much appreciated
