Greddy ultimate issue

Hi, i installed greddy ultimate piggyback with boomslang harness about a year ago, it was ok.

My oem ecu loom was a mess so i decided to make a more tidy one.

The problem is now the car wont start. It smells fuel. 

Remove the emu. Oem ecu plugged only. Car runs fine.

I think the emu is faulty. Is it possible To use emu without using ignition input output if i just loop them?
